Work that Builds Confidence for Today, and Tomorrow

Impactful, sustained employment that matches up with each individual’s interests – that’s the outcome of UCP’s Supported Employment Program. Since the program was added in 1987, services have been tailored toward each consumer’s abilities, goals and the workplace setting they choose.

In addition, UCP's Supported Employment program can assist high school students with disabilities as they build plans and startegies for employment and life after high school graduation. Using Transition Assessments, the individual's interests and goals for post-secondary education, training or work can be mapped out.
